Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your shades! But because every pair is chosen with intention, we have a few simple rules when it comes to returns and exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible, full-price purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your shades must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Free from scratches, marks, or damage

• Returned with all original packaging and accessories

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Want a different pair instead? We’re happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the shades meet the same condition requirements listed above.

If the requested pair is unavailable, we may offer an alternative pair or store credit.

Sale & Promotional Purchases

All purchases made using a promotion, discount code, sale, bundle offer, or other promotional pricing are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Discount codes

• Sitewide sales

• Buy-one/get-one or bundle promotions

• Limited-time promotional offers

• Special event pricing

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We’re human, and mistakes can happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong pair, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll make it right.
