Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shades on their journey to you.

Please note that orders placed during launches, sales, promotions, holidays, or other high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

SHADES of RHAE currently ships within the United States.

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or that the package can be redirected.

SHADES of RHAE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, SHADES of RHAE is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your tracking information says your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you locate it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

From time to time, SHADES of RHAE may offer free shipping or promotional shipping rates. Promotional shipping offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

International Shipping

At this time, SHADES of RHAE ships within the United States only.
